1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Valore platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Valore is an online marketplace that allows users to browse Roblox game catalogs, view in-game products, and purchase virtual items. All products are priced in Robux and converted to BRL (Brazilian Real) at a fixed rate for display and checkout purposes. Valore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account & Authentication
You may be required to create an account or sign in through a third-party authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contato@valore.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are stored in Robux and converted to BRL at a rate of R$ 55.00 per 1,000 Robux. This rate may be adjusted at our discretion. Prices displayed on the site are final at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. All transactions are processed in BRL.
6. Purchases & Delivery
When you complete a purchase, you agree to pay the total displayed amount. Delivery of virtual items depends on the specific game and product type. Delivery times may vary. Valore is not responsible for delays caused by Roblox platform issues, game developer actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the item has not been delivered or is materially different from what was described. Refunds will not be granted for items that have already been redeemed or used in-game. To request a refund, contact us at contato@valore.gg with your order details.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape data from the Service; (d) impersonate another user or entity; (e) resell items purchased through Valore without authorization; (f) engage in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Valore, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Valore or its licensors. Roblox, the Roblox logo, and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Game images and product assets belong to their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Valore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
